Egg donation is needed for the patients in whom egg reseve is diminished ,now the number of egg can be diminished due to various reasons some because of some chronic disease and in some cases egg number Got destroyed before menopause that situation is called premature menopause but even in those cases also we can achieve pregnancy through egg donation and that donated egg can be fertilized by husband sperm, and that embryo can be transferred in the mother's Womb
যেসব রোগীর ডিম্বাণু সংরক্ষণ কমে গেছে, তাদের জন্য ডিম্বাণু দান করা প্রয়োজন। এখন বিভিন্ন কারণে ডিম্বাণুর সংখ্যা কমে যেতে পারে, কিছু দীর্ঘস্থায়ী রোগের কারণে, কিছু ক্ষেত্রে মেনোপজের আগে ডিম্বাণুর সংখ্যা নষ্ট হয়ে গেলে, সেই পরিস্থিতিকে অকাল মেনোপজ বলা হয়। তবে সেই ক্ষেত্রেও আমরা ডিম্বাণু দানের মাধ্যমে গর্ভাবস্থা অর্জন করতে পারি এবং সেই দান করা ডিম্বাণু স্বামীর শুক্রাণু দ্বারা নিষিক্ত করা যেতে পারে এবং সেই ভ্রূণ মায়ের গর্ভে স্থানান্তরিত করা যেতে পারে।
